I recommend not letting Ambien Walrus influence your blogging decisions in the future. :)
I am bereft of Ambien Walrus. Too many side effects, she says. I only had memory problems with Ambien. I had to NyQuil this morning because I was still awake at 1 am, and I'm a mess.
God, I miss him.
Am I drunk? Are you? Or, maybe your computer? LOL
When I saw you say the dictating didn't go well, I was thinking I would be so disappointed if you didn't post it anyway. And here it is! Yay!!
this isn't even close to recognizable and suddenly there was noon
I think this says it all :)
I think the most telling thing in all of this is that when it picked up Muffin chirping in the other room, it correctly identified his chirping as "me me me me me."
I just tried to "like" this.
AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I was wondering what all the me's were. That's awesome!
At first I was thinking "Those are really strong meds!" but then saw your Twitter post about dictating not going so well. So now I'm relieved.
On the other hand, I'm posting this comment using my phone's voice recognition system, and it seems to be working pretty well. It's just an Android phone, and as far as I know it doesn't use any special software like Dragon or anything, but it works! Which is cool. And I stopped in if I ever have to use it for real . Oh there's an error. That should have been quote a nice option. I need to learn the commands for punctuation other then commas and periods and whatever. Anyway I guess this is it.
So is it a specific app or something that comes with phones? I'd love to get something like that up and running on my Android tablet -- Google Search runs pretty well, and it's scary when you ask it someone's height and it says it right back to you....
Just built into the phone, so I think it's Google's voice recognition system. (The phone is an LG Optimus L9 running Ice Cream Sandwich.) So, not surprised it capitalized "Android" even though I didn't tell it to, but capitalizing "Dragon" made me blink -- maybe it recognized I said "software" and so followed through. I'll have to test it again some time.
